  • Must demonstrate hands-on experience development reports using various tools and processes.  
  • Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Project, Visio).  
  • Knowledge of relational database design.  
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work.  
  • Ability to adapt to changing tools and technologies.  
  • Must possess communication skills to work with the implementation / project team to document reporting requirements.  
  • Medium to advanced knowledge of applicable hardware/software configurations.  
  • Service oriented, decisiveness, emotional intelligence, knowledge of the business, problem solving/analytical thinking, Quantitative Prioritization,     Results oriented, team focus.  
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in creating technical documentation of a complex nature. Expertise in technical writing, documenting business flows   and developing written policies and procedures.  
  • 4+ years Quality Assurance and Testing experience with knowledge of QA methodologies and disciplines.  
  • Experience in all phases of QA/Testing life cycle, including risk analysis, testing, validation, mitigation and contingency planning.  
  • Experience in the creation and execution of functional test plans and manual test cases from start to finish.  
  • Strong background in identifying and documenting and managing defects during program application evaluation and testing.  
  • Must have the ability to perform extensive root cause analysis of problem areas and recommend alternative solutions.   
  • Analyst will be highly proficient in the use of technical analysis tools including SQL, Oracle, Excel, PowerPoint and other analysis/design tools.
